When we choose and buy turbocharger ,pay attention to check the rust spots ,mildew spots, crack of rubber parts and the loss of elasticity, the obvious pattern on the shaft neck surface, turbo should be change if it has above issues.
Five, checking the protective layer is good or not. Most of the parts are coated with the protective layer when the parts get out of the factory. Such as piston pin, bearing bush with protection of the paraffin;Piston ring and cylinder liner surface coats rust-proof oil and pack paper; Valve, piston, etc encapsulated are covered plastic bag after immersed the rust-proof oil . When we choose and buy, if we find the damage of seal set , loss of packing paper and rust-proof oil or paraffin, turbo should be change if it has above issues.
Checking the glue joint parts loosen or not.The parts are combined by two or more than two parts,which are pressured , cemented or welded. Loosen phenomenon of between the parts is not allowed . such as oil pump plunger and adjusting arm through the combination of installation; Clutch driven pulley and steel sheet are combined by riveting, friction plate and sheet steel are combined by riveting and glue; Paper filter skeleton and the filter paper are combined by cementing; The thrums of the electrical equipment are welded together. turbo should be change if we find loose condition.
Seven, checking the moving parts are flexible or not.we should turn the pump shaft by hand when we choose the rotating components assembly such as oil pump and feel whether the parts flexible or not; when we choose the bearing ,we can support the bearing inner ring and turn the outer ring by our hands. The out ring should be able to turn quickly and shut down gradually. If the moving parts are inflexible, that means it is internal corrosion or deformation, please don't buy.
Eight,checking the assembly parts are complete or not. The formal completed assembly parts must be in good condition to ensure the machine assembling and working. If some small parts are missing,it will make the assembling work scrapped.
